This is an online or in person, one-on-one (in English or Turkish) holistic wellness coaching and yoga reset program for women going through peri+menopausal phase in their lives.
"Mindful Menopause " program offers guidance on lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques and strategies for mental and emotional well-being to ease menopausal symptoms and restore balance. This program incorporates wellness coaching, yoga, mindfulness meditation, breathing practices, functional movement, resistance training, relaxation and restorative techniques, various holistic wellness self-healing tools to support menopausal symptoms.
Menopause journey for every woman is highly individualistic, therefore this program will give valuable tailor made guidance and support during this profound transformational phase of your wellness journey. Therefore, we will work together and create a "Mindful Menopause" road map according to your specific needs and a wellness path that you can truly embrace throughout your menopause journey.
This program offers a holistic approach, focusing on physical, emotional, mental, environmental and occupational aspects and focuses on;
