Menopause Coaching and Mindful Yoga

This is an online or in person, small group yoga and wellness coaching program for women, whom can benefit during the menopausal phase in their lives. These sessions integrate yoga, mindfulness, pranayama, coaching and various holistic wellness self-healing tools.​Women have various different menopausal symptoms, we can share and support each other throughout this transformational phase, physically, emotionally and mentally. We will work together and create a wellness program, according to your specific needs. This program will include talking about mindful nutrition, lifestyle, sleep rituals, supplements, breath work, relaxation and restorative techniques, mindfulness meditation, asana practice for supporting bone density and muscle mass, somatic and functional yoga.
